Dates for the district’s 2009 summer school program have been approved and scheduled. An academic core program, including make-up courses, for current high school students will be offered from June 8 through July 17. So will specific mandated special education courses. In addition, the district will offer summer school classes for entering ninth graders who need assistance in reading development and English language fluency. That program will be held June 22 through July 17. All summer school classes will be offered at San Mateo and Capuchino high schools.
