Evelyn Robillard Aug. 3, 1914 - July 28, 2009 Resident of San Mateo Evelyn died
peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on July 28, 2009, at the age of
94. She was born in Beacon, New York. She worked for a time at the National
Biscuit Company. The family moved to San Mateo in 1950 where Evelyn focused
herself on raising her children. She was predeceased in death by her husband of
54 years, Hector. She is survived by daughter, Renette of San Mateo; son, Greg,
daughter-in-law, Pam, and great-grandson, Cody Thompson of Chico. The family
wishes to acknowledge the support of individuals from the San Mateo Senior
Center, Peninsula Hospital, Mission Hospice and Geriatric Home Care, with
special recognition to her caregiver, Mary. We also wish to thank the many
friends who have sent their prayers and support to Evelyn and her family during
this difficult time. Private graveside services were held at Skylawn Memorial
Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mission Hospice at 1900
O'Farrell Street, Suite 200, in San Mateo 94403 or to the San Mateo Senior
