John T It blew my mind the warmth I felt when I first walked through the cozy intimate house. The children had a glow and the staff was so attentive. The Director Joanne amazed me with her knowledge and her credentials were impressive. I had 3 children attend Bright Beginnings with my youngest most recent. Over nearly the 10 years I was a parent there is nothing that says more about a school then by sending siblings. I was just one of the few who had multiple children attend. Worried at times because there was a constant waiting list but it was worth the wait. I was very disappointed in some of the negative comments made and it doesn't surprise me that most of them are anonymous. Instead of being truthful about their own situation they hide their identity and blame a school that deep down inside they know how their child thrived at Bright Beginnings. Some left because of financial reasons and one left because they made an accusation about the school that ended up being false and was caused by their own environment in their house. I guess I too would be too embarrassed to come back. If you look at the 20 plus years BB has been in business hundreds of families have come through and whether it's been a year or 10 years graduates of BB still come by to say hi and recall the wonderful time they had there. I would recommend this school to anyone and the staff is beyond qualified. Never has BB ever had a inquiry or complaint made about unqualified staff and that says a lot. Joanne is very by the book and follows licensing guidelines to the T. It is a place that's always looking to improve and the open door policy is very comforting. I would recommend this school to anyone. When you leave your child you want a place that's an extension of your home. The love and support they offer the children puts me at ease. Every child I've watched go through the program has blossomed at their own pace. The best praise you can give a Business is by coming back. Over the 10 years I have been involved with BB I have watched not only all 3 of my children graduate but I have seen numerous siblings go through the program. One family I remember put their 4th child on the waiting list the moment they found out they were pregnant. Take a look for your self. Spend 5 minutes in the classroom and the smile on the children’s face and the warmth you feel from the teachers will tell you this is the right place for your child.
