Joe Gumina has all the confidence in the world.

 

Thankfully, he’s got the pedigree to back up his talk. The San Carlos boxer won the California Police Activities League state light heavyweight (178 pound) championship Sunday in Oxnard, flooring his opponent three times, the last coming 90 seconds into the first round to earn a technical knockout (TKO) victory.
