theblish First I will preface this by I am a chef and have been professionally educated on food safety and handling techniques.

There was only ONE entre on the buffet that was hot, I think it had just come from the kitchen. Everything else that i tried was cold or way bellow the health departments mandated safe temp for holding food (there was no steam coming from the steam table). One of the employees kept adding water to some of the food dishes and stirring them up. I ate one bite of orange chicken, 2 egg rolls, a bite of some random chicken dish, I was afraid to eat anything else. I explained while paying my 12.00 tab that the food was cold on the buffet and i couldn't eat b/c i was afraid to eat anything - the mngr said she would check the temperatures and charged me anyway. I got mild abdominal cramps 40 mins later
