 Breanna "Bree" Rae Hughes, 20, of Santa Clarita, CA passed away on Saturday,
August 9, 2008.
Breanna “Bree” Rae Hughes, 20, of Santa Clarita, CA
passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2008.
Breanna Rae was born on June 2,
1988 in Mission Hills, CA. She was a 2006 graduate of Hart High School, during
which time she participated in the “Sweethearts” Show Choir. Bree was a free
spirit who loved and valued her family and friends to the fullest. No one was
ever a stranger to her.
Breanna Rae is survived by her loving parents,
Scott & Kristine Hughes and Roger & Tracy Hummel; her brothers and
sisters, Becki, Geoff, Shae, Brandon, Travis and Makenna; her grandparents,
Drake and Ruby Clausen, Alex and Rita Wehrfritz and Michael Stonehocker; her
great-grandmother, Doris Persinger; as well as numerous other family members and
friends.
Visitation will take place on Friday, August 15, 2008 from
10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at the Eternal Valley Memorial Park Chapel On the
Hill with funeral services following at 1:00 P.M. also in the Chapel On the
Hill. Interment will immediately follow.
Bree’s stepmother Kristine
wrote, “Breanna was a ‘daddy’s girl’ and shared her fathers love of race cars
and spent a lot of time with him at car shows looking at the cars and talking
with friends. I was only a small part of her life. I was her stepmother. My
children were grown and she brought life into our quiet house. I am so glad I
was able to be part of her life that she shared with her mom and dad. Breanna
left us way too soon and we will all miss her very much.
