What a difference a year makes. Around this time last year, the Saratoga Senior Center was fielding complaints--both from members and volunteers--about the unfriendly environment created by its executive director, Genie Dee.With Dee gone, those days are a distant unpleasant memory, and the center looks to usher in a new era under managing director Susan Huff.Huff, who began working on Jan. 3, is entrusted to revitalize the center and bring back many of its lost members and volunteers. Though her title differs from Dee's, the responsibilities of the two are essentially the same
