Dishdash Restaurant, Sunnyvale, CAAbout Dishdash: Emad Ibrahim started Dishdash in 2001, as a family companion to his brother's restaurant Fattoush in San Francisco as a way to introduce middle eastern dishes to Silicon Valley. The restaurant was named Dishdash by his wife Nadia Mashasha after a namesake garment worn in Palestine. The original recipes were collected by Emad from his mother I'Nam and the tastes and smells currently reflect the talents of his Iraqi, Syrian and Lebanese chefs.
