Obituary : Jack Thomas Blankenbaker Print E-mail
Jack Thomas Blankenbaker Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 21st 2009. He was born in Wetumka, Oklahoma on May 29th, 1915. Jack is predeceased by his wife of 56 years Louella, his daughters Alice and Loretta, and longtime partner Bessie Connor. He is survived by his daughter Carolyn Balga (Bob) of Sunnyvale, CA; grandchildren Robert Balga (Cherie) of Camino, CA, Tom Venegas (Kisitina) of San Leandro, CA, Greg Balga of Folsom, CA, Susan McDaniel (Jeff) of Rocklin, CA; and Great-Grandchildren Kyle, Evan, Hailee, Ryan, Alyssa, Carmen, Stella, Cassandra and James. The family would like to convey a special thanks to Chris Victor for her undying friendship to Jack and his family. A memorial service will be held Wednesday evening at 7:00pm, with the viewing to begin at 6:00pm at The Sunnyvale United Methodist Church located at 535 Old San Francisco Road, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. A chapel service will be held at 11:00AM Thursday at Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto at 695 Arastradero Road.
