Leona R. Koehn A long-time resident of Sunnyvale, CA passed on to her heavenly reward on Sept. 10, 2009. She is survived by her 4 adult children, Terry Paille, James Koehn, Kathryn Deason & Daniel Koehn. Lee was blessed with Grandchildren Jon, Michael, Timothy, Krista, Megan and Patrick and Great Grandchildren Emilee, Mikayla, Alex and Ava. She was married to Clarence A. Koehn in 1947. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mt. View where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Alter Guild. Her love for children drove her to open a daycare service in her home that flourished for more than 20 years. Many of the families she provided care for became lifelong friends. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mt. View on Sat., Sept. 19 at 1:00 pm. Donations in her memory can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church hildren's Ministry or the American Cancer Society .
